Service Description

Fee Policy: When making a booking with our firm you agree to make two payments. First payment - the initial non-refundable booking fee of £150 inc. Second payment - the remaining balance of £240 inc for 1 Test (if no discount applied) and £430 inc for 2 Tests (if no discount applied) ), for group package with a minimum of 3 tests the fee is £250 inc per test. Cancellation Policy: An immediate non-refundable deposit of £150.00 is required when scheduling an appointment for a lie detector test due to the scheduling of the accredited examiner and to cover loss of business. Cancellations received LESS than 48 hours prior to the actual polygraph appointment test date and time, no-shows, arriving late to the scheduled polygraph test appointment time or missed appointments for any reason incur the full non-refundable test fee. Clients wishing to cancel their scheduled lie detector test must contact our office by emailing us on info@liedetect.uk and obtain a Cancellation Number as proof of the cancellation of the scheduled lie detector test if canceling more than 48 hours prior to the actual test date and time.

Clients wishing to cancel their scheduled lie detector test must contact our office by emailing us on info@liedetect.uk and obtain a Cancellation Number as proof of the cancellation of the scheduled lie detector test if canceling more than 48 hours prior to the actual test date and time.
